If you are using a GPS or Internet driving directions, you should know that many of these technologies may not recognize that HALE ROAD IS NOT A THROUGH STREET BEETWEEN BAYVIEW AND COUNTY ROAD #57. Therefore -

From the South, East or West: Be sure to turn Left onto Mahanna Road, and your GPS will recalculate correctly.
Take Exit 10 (left) off I-86 to merge with Rte. 430 West, then another Exit 10 (right) at Bemus Point. Turn Right toward Ellery just off the ramp, go one-half mile to Mahanna Road. Turn left on Mahanna Road and drive 2.3 miles (through one stop-sign intersection), until you come to a "T" at Hale Road. Turn Right on Hale and go the last few hundred yards downhill to the big, white Country House at the end of the road.

From the North: Do not turn right onto Hale Road off Rte. 57. Keep going to Rt. 44, turn Right (W) and your GPS will recalculate correctly.
Take I-90 to Exit 59 at Dunkirk-Fredonia, Rte. 60. Go South on Rte. 60 until you see the Right exit for Sinclairville. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left on Rte. 66 and drive West, away from Sinclairville.

In Winter:

1. Go West on Rte. 66 straight through the Rte. 380 intersection where the rte. Number changes to Rte. 52, and continue westward to Rte. 57.
2. Turn Left on Rte. 57 and drive to Rte. 44.
3. Turn Right on 44 – the Bemus-Ellery Road - for just a few yards, then Right again on Rte. 46 - the Maple Springs-Ellery Road. Drive 2.5 miles to the first intersection, Mahanna Road.
4. Turn Right on Mahanna and drive ¾ mile to the “T” at the top of the Hill. This is Hale Road.
5. Turn Right at the “T” and drive down onto our property. We are the big white house at the bottom of the hill.

In Summer:

1. Follow directions #1 above to Rte. 57.
2. Turn Left on Rte. 57 and drive less than a mile to Luce Road.
3. Turn Right on Luce and drive less than a mile to Mahanna Rd. Extension. Turn Left (this is a country road).
4. Drive ¾ mile through the woods and fields to the stop sign on Hale Rd.
5. Turn Left at the stop sign and drive to the big white Country House at the bottom of the hill
