The Country House B&B is centrally located and within a three hour drive from Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, and Rochester.  We are just 3 miles above the north shore of Chautauqua Lake.

From the South, East or West: Take Exit 10 (left) off I-86 to merge with Rte. 430 West, then another Exit 10 (right) at Bemus Point. Turn Right toward Ellery just off the ramp, go one-half mile to Mahanna Road. Turn left on Mahanna and drive about 2 miles, crossing an intersection, until you come to a "T" at Hale Road. Turn Right on Hale and go the last few hundred yards downhill to the big, white Country House at the end of the road.

From the North: Take I-90 to Exit 59 at Dunkirk-Fredonia, Rte. 60. Go South on Rte. 60 until you see the Right exit for Sinclairville. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left on Rte. 66 and drive West, away from Sinclairville.

In Winter: Continue on Rte. 66 to Bayview Road, one intersection past Rte. 57. Turn left on Bayview to Walker-Hale. Turn Left and take this wooded, hilly road to the big, white Country House at the very end.

In Summer: Go west to Rte. 57, Ellery-Stockton Road, and turn Left. Take the first right turn, Luce Road. Drive ¾ mile to the first Left (there is no right turn), Mahanna Road Extension. Turn here and drive through the woods and meadow to the stop sign at Hale Road. Turn left and drive downhill to the big, white Country House at the end of the road.
